Sir Lancelot flour
« on: December 04, 2013, 12:29:27 AM »
If anyone is looking for this flour in the NJ area, I found it at Chef central in Paramus. $8.99 for a 3lb bag. I been using KA organic bread flour and Caputo flour up to this point, but heard great things about this flour. Can't wait to try it this weekend !! I will try to post pics.

Looking forward to hearing your report. I have been looking for it but it's a 40 minute drive to Paramus from my location.

I will use it this weekend and report back. I already made bread with it and that came out great. I know they have other locations, might want check on their website if there is one closer to you.

Ouch!  That's crazy expensive.  It's about $1/lb at a coop I go to.  You'd be better off paying for the shipping on some All-Trumps from Pennmac.
