Chicago style on a Blackstone?

DD is a casserole.  Is the Blackstone set up to bake something for 30+ minutes like that?

Won't be doing a casserole but definitely try a classic thin right on the stone ala Vito & Nicks as soon as my oven arrives. Stay tuned..... ;)
