Looking for a smaller WFO for an existing business
« on: December 16, 2013, 12:24:21 AM »
I run a good old fashioned slice joint powered by a gas oven..looking into incorporating a WFO for pizzas if course, and some rustic dishes and breads i got up my sleeve...i dont have much space, so id like a smaller oven..but if the cost of a smaller one isnt much different than an average one, than id might as well grab an average sized one in case my volume of pies being made increases

What kind of pizza do you want to make in it and what are the dimensions of the space you have for it? A simple drawing of your kitchen floor-plan would help too.
I love pigs. They convert vegetables into bacon.
