Motorino inspired
« on: December 17, 2013, 01:55:52 PM »
Was recently at Motorino,.... put me in the mood.
Not my first home version, and certainly not my last.
Mine has béchamel, mozz, brussels sprouts, and guanciale. So good.....

First three pics are last night's pie, the last one is Moto's

As Bob said.

Apparently I neglected to mention it, but that's a good looking slice.  I love that pie at Motorino.
