Mary Ann,

I bet that dough makes a good pizza!  I had ones like that before in the steel pan.  Let us know how it turned out.

Not sure what happened...either got too thin or I tried to spin it too early.

On the bright side, a 550-560 degree aluminum plate seems to be the sweet spot for a coal style undercarriage. 4 minute bake, 1.7% sugar.

Dough!

Does water usually condense on the back of your fridge? That shouldn't happen unless the door is left open or you have warm air leaking in somewhere.

Tampa:
Is is actually with a starter. Left it for 48 hours, as I forgot about it after a cooking demo, and it just push the container open. When I saw it I new I had to post a picture of it. But I plan on using it  :chef:

JD:
That is at my warehouse kitchen. The fridge is not the best one to say the least and it does tend to create a lot of moisture.
That will teach to buy a cheap fridge  :-D

I made a few NP-ish the other day.  I got distracted for a few minutes and this pie sat too long on my peel, making it hard to launch - thus, the shift in sauce and cheese in the oven.  Then it stuck to my steel and when I retrieved it and put it on my cooling rack, this is what happened  :'(  I was so annoyed that I didn't even let it cook all the way.  The only good thing was that we picked the homemade motz off the pie and ate it  :-[

Certainly not the worst failure.  Love the landslide, but what's with the char squares center-right?

Dave,

It got a little soggy in the landslide spot and stuck to my steel and when I tried to retrieve it with the metal peel, it tore and then it sank through the cooling rack when I put it there to cool off.  I love this thread, it makes laugh  :-D
