00 Flours in Canada

Does anyone know if there are any good brands of 00 flour that can be bought in Toronto, or where I could get Caputo brand 00 flour?

Try these folks www.seacoreseafood.com they carry Davella 00 flour and have 20,000 sq feet of seafood to boot,the prices and fish are the best in T.O.

Aaron beat me to the punch with the Seacore recommendation . My recollection from a previous post by Aaron is that Seacore also carries the Delverde brand of 00 flour. If there is a Delverde 00 flour for pizza at Seacore's, that should also work. My recollection is that the Delverde 00 pizza flour comes in a 1 kilo bag and has a green and yellow package. I don't recall ever reading or hearing anything about the availability of the Caputo 00 flours in Canada.

Pete might be right about the flour name,I bought some a while back but used it all up so I am not positive on the name,They have 3 or 4 00 flours by the same company you will want the one with the drawing of a pizza on it.Lots of goodies from Italy in that store,if you enjoy seafood be ready and bring a cooler with you,you will be amazed by the selection and prices.
