My name is Robert Moore and I live in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago and have enjoyed most of the excellent pizzas in the area; Gina's East, Lou Malnati's and Uno. I keep pizza for the family every Thursday and occasionally treat them to my good (and not so good) experimentations. Most of the time I simply throw together a baking mix version, but I have made a Malnati's bread flour version that I found online which took a day to prepare and was very good.
