Been lurking for a while, I have gotten several great recipes from the forum and my family really enjoys the pizza I make, so thank you for that. I have been doing the Pizza Hut and Pizza Inn style thin crust and have also nailed the deep dish with good results. That being said, I'm from KC and would really like to replicate a local Pizza joint called "Fun House Pizza" that has several locations in the area. If anyone has tried this pizza I would like to hear your thoughts on this style crust. Here is a pic of a couple of pizza's I made recently.
