KAAP 24 hour dough, baked at low 800s f, 2+ minutes bake time. Using 2 gas burners and occasionally third burner during bake. Used tip 1, 2 &3 http://www.mightypizzaoven.com/mpo-heat-management/

KAAP , 65%water, 4%starter, 3%salt, 16hours ferment. Close to 2 minute  bake time. Baked at low 700'sF using two burners (25000 BTU)
