Ended up at Pizza Rock
« on: January 11, 2014, 06:50:52 AM »
So I ended up eating at Pizza Rock while I was in Las Vegas. My better half does not eat meat or dairy and this place seemed to have some options for her, so "we" decided to go there  ::)

The menu had a bunch of different pizza types (and other choices) you can check them all out here http://www.pizzarocklasvegas.com

NAPOLETANA | PIZZA ROMANA | AMERICAN ORIGINALS | NEW YORK | CLASSIC ITALIAN | CALIFORNIA | NEW YORK/NEW HAVEN | SICILIAN STYLE | CHICAGO CRACKER THIN  | GLUTEN FREE PIZZA

My pie was pretty good, I liked the sauce and crust - the crust was a bit thick for me but I guess I should have told them to make it thin (that was an option).

One interesting thing was the order of pepper oil that came along with my order of wood fired asparagus. It was Calabrian Chile oil, needless to say, it went on my pizza and I ordered more.

All and all I had fun and enjoyed my meal, not the best pizza I have ever eaten but much much better than anything I can get close to my house. Some pictures below, thanks again for those that recommended some places to try, so many pizza restaurants, so little time.... :-D

I too visited PR last in Vegas. Had an enjoyable lunch. My wife loves the green beans!!!! We have one of Tony's 10 min away, Graton Casino, Rohnert Park. Great food but even better staff, at all his places. "Respect The Craft"
