Our plans were changed suddenly for the weekend so it will be a pizza-less weekend.
To make up for it, I will have homemade chilidogs tonight, my third food passion behind barbecue, and pizza. Apple pie is always there pulling at my appetite.
Life is not so bad.

Don't worry. I'll eat some extra for you this weekend. 2 NY styles. 3 cheese, lots of sausage, peperoni, mushrooms, olives... Great I've made myself hungry.

I, also, will make sure to eat enough for you.

Trying the SAF yeast for the first time in a New York style probably tomorrow, will let you know how it turns out.
Initially, more of a yeasty smell, which might lead to a better pie!

It’s a road trip that messed up my pizza plans for the week end. But you know, that got me thinking a catalytic converter runs 800 degrees doesn’t it?

Just weld the pan, or screen on the tail pipe and you'll be cooking pizza on the way to anywhere.(
and with that one of a kind carbon monoxide flavor.)

I think I ate plenty for everyone tonight. I made 7 pizzas and fed a mess of people. Does it make everyone happy to see people stuffing pies in their faces?
