John,
I was wondering if you were connected with Ellie! I wanted to make sure you were not out on your own. She has the best prices and service in the industry. Can't wait to see such an amazing oven take over the US market.
Best Wishes,
Erik

TX Craig,
Can I ask how much wood you use during a pizza making session? I am trying to project wood costs and figured you oven is pretty similar. ;)

I probably use 20 or so typical pieces of split wood (4" triangle x 2') over 10 hours to heat it up then keep a flame going while I bake. I use smaller diameter pieces (they burn hotter) when I bake.

Erik, Nope not on my own, and Yes!  Erik Thats the Plan!! Acuntos accross America ( nice ring )
Being I have been kicking around this site and helping who I can the best I can for 6-7 years  We agreed any leads or requests from Pizzamaking can and should go thru me. I use her exact pricing no further markup, only deeper discounts for those passionate people :) and I also agree Customer service should always be #1!
Theses babies are very efficient once up to temp. As craig menetioned, the  pieces smaller burn hotter once in the bake mode, and I am a believer in having the flame and that it does do some of the work.
