Just wanted to share some photos of my latest pizza's from this new year
First three is a pizza topped with tomato sauce, Bauernschinken, bell pepper, mozzarella and rucola lettuce.
The last two is an experiment I did tonight with a spinach based sauce (onion, garlic, pureed spinach and some greek yoghurt, salt and pepper). Rest of the toppings is some ham, mushrooms, pine nuts and gorgonzola.
Dough is 250 grams per pizza; for two combined I used 295 grams flour, 200 grams of water, 6 grams of salt, 1/2 tsp of yeast and 1 tsp of honey.
Couple of hours proof, then divide, ball in single oiled containers.
