Galbani Fresh Mozzarrella
« on: January 15, 2014, 02:00:55 AM »
I found this cheese at Costco. Galbani makes Precious cheese as well. I really loved this cheese and plan to buy it again. I even cut up slices for friends and family to eat plain and they loved it as well. I recommend this cheese to you.

Kroger sells this by me. It's better than Belgioioso for sure, can't say it's the best I've ever had though. I really like their Ricotta.

As you can see in the link, Costco sells it in a three pack. Glad to hear that it can be frozen and used at a later date.
