Bought a 5lb bag for $10 bucks.  This stuff is amazing.  The grease enhances the cheese like any other pizzeria.  Very very excited.
If you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball.

I like the flavor profile also.  I have been nuking it for 30 seconds on paper towels before using to remove some of the grease.  Trouble is, if there is family around, 1/2 of it gets scarfed down before it makes it to the pie.

I need to nuke mine as well.  Tons of grease on my first use of it.

Been using up my 1st bag like swiss cheese, 2.5lbs in 3 weeks.  Haha
