My son took me to this amazing place on Rt 7 just South of Burlington VT. The two entities share a building so you can get great beer from the brewery and take it next door to for wood fired pizza! My son wanted to get his growler filled but once I saw the oven I had to try the pizza even though we were headed to dinner at a different place. Call it an appetizer. The Neapolitan style Pizza was excellent, baked at around 800º. We were there at an off hour around 4:00 pm so there was only one guy working. He was not familiar with the dough fermentation but I did see they were using King Arthur Sir Galahad flour. This is an 11.7% protein commercial flour only available in 50# bags. We were headed off to Sugar Bush to ski so I did not get a chance to go back.
