Tonight I cooked my 4th pizza. The wife and I both agree this was the best so far, by a long shot.
So far the crusts have been poor quality, thin and hard. I like thin crust but with a fluffy rim and some air in the rest of the crust. This one turned out very good and we both ate too much. Next time I will try heating the stone up to 550* and keeping it there during the cook to get a little more crunch on the center of the crust. Otherwise it was very good and way better than what we can get in the dinky little town that is closest to us. Oh happy days are here. Good pizza and cold beer ...... life is good.
