Looking good main! Let me know if you ever upgrade your oven to something gigantic.  ;D  I have 2, 22in. Axner 3/4in kiln shelves sitting unused on a shelf collecting dust.  :(

That pie looks tasty! I have been cooking on 16" and 12" screens, with decent results, for about 6 years. I need to upgrade to a stone. I like the 16" pies, that is as big as my oven will allow.

I recently bought a 19 inch screen by mistake...it must have been in with the 17 inchers I wanted to buy. Didn't realize it until I went to put the pizza in the oven. I managed to get it in after flipping one of the racks upside down. Unfortunately, I only had about 8 ounces of cheese per pizza so the coverage was pretty scant. I believe these were roughly 18 ounce dough balls so the TF was quite thin.
