My name is David, and I am also from North Jersey. Over the last 2-3 years I have become increasingly obsessed with making great home pizza. Recently, instead of spending thousands on a wfo, I finally decided to tip toe on big boy territory by buying the Blackstone Pizza Oven. Looks like it can get the job done with temperatures that my home oven cant get (without catching my house on fire) and for considerably smaller investment. So was hoping to learn more from this forum and also to perfect my dough recipe to make great pizza!! Thanks!
