Oven "Fried" Chicken Wings?

Hey everyone,
We're opening up a pizza restaurant and would like to offer wings.  We have a XLT double-decker electric conveyer oven.  Does anyone have a good recipe for how to oven "fry" the wings?  Specifically, I'm looking for what temperature and time to get from raw to cooked?  We are trying to avoid purchasing a deep fryer to save space.

I usually throw them in an oven set at 500 F on a drip/mesh liner on a sheet pan for approx 18-20 minutes.  They come out crispy.  As for my sauces, I will put sauce on the wings to make them "sticky wings" and add around 5 minutes to cooking time,.  For my Hot wings I usually bake then mix with homemade jalapeno or habanero sauce.  Good luck!  Oh, just make sure the wings are "dry" when you put them in the oven; if you rinse them, towel them dry before baking.
