Greetings. I've been lurking on here for some time and decided to get serious. I won't bore everyone and explain my love for pizza, cause everyone on here does too!
I grew up in the Detroit area, so I'm partial to Detroit Style pizzas, however I love making thinner crust pizzas and cooking them on my big green egg.
I have some very basic knowledge on dough and sauce, but I'm trying to continually experiment and tweak.
I look forward to getting better and better by tapping into the members on this site, and share my experiences.
