Should I be looking elsewhere than Amazon? Perhaps AbeBooks? I can't seem to find one that sticks out as a more educational one.  >:(

Let me know if you find anything.  I'm curious too.

Not specifically gelato, but this book is supposed to be excellent and the one recipe I've tried so far was more gelato than ice cream to me.  Worth investigating  ;D  http://www.amazon.com/dp/158008219X/?tag=pizzamaking-20

I'm interested in making the european style gelato you see over there.  I just can't seem to find anything.  I guess my small lello ice cream maker probably can't do this
