Hi Everyone,

New to the forum.  After struggling for years with homemade dough, I decided to join and see if I can get some help.  I use a kitchenaid mixer and Gold Medal bread dough usually and my dough is typically too dense. 

I would love to find the secret to great Detroit Style crust as that is my favorite style.

Welcome to the forum Bmcg20.  Here are a few posts to get you started.  You can find more by searching Detroit style or Detroit pizza.  You will find a lot of hits, so maybe click on Search (upper left), the detroit, then click "search in topic subjects only".

Thanks Peter.  I'm glad you added this.  The best links are sometimes elusive and the sooner Bmcg20 finds what he is looking for, the better his pies pictures will be.
