Im a new registered user to this forum however, I have been an active guest on this forum for awhile now. I figured to finally make an account and learn more about the pizza making process. I have about 2 years at home experience in making pizza. Theres so much more to know and I hope to learn with this forum.
My favorite type of pizza is NY Style as I am from New York City. Though I do love sicilian (L&B) and thin crust as well.
I have experimented with a few different types of pies (buffalo chicken,vodka sauce, sicilian,fresh mozz, baked zitti). Although nothing beats a plain cheese pie.
Anyways hope to get to know you all and learn more about perfecting the craft of pizza making.
