Another Pizzaiolo from Melbourne, Australia
« on: February 27, 2014, 02:53:39 AM »
Hi guys,

26 / male / Melbourne. Name is Stefano, oven a sea freighted Stefano Ferrara.

Have been making pizzas since xmas. Came on this site aiming to perfect dough recipe as my standard was good (Very good) but not of the calibre I have seen on this forum! I will trial and error what i see here, with the combo bulk/ball 24/8.

Have pics of Stefano Ferrar but can't work out how to insert images :D

Very nice Totti; welcome to the forum.
I certainly would enjoy viewing more pics of the patio/setting you have this great oven in....if possible.
Thanks.  :chef:

Hi Bob, of course! I will take some more snaps over the weekend when I fire her up again. :)

In the mean time here is an oldie from Xmas day when, just 2 weeks after I got her and cured it, I was asked to cook pizzas for 30 people with my father and other half! :)

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

Totti,
That's too much.  That Kiwi posts amazing pictures as well; he only sometimes includes a pie.  The beautiful oven is one thing, but that setting is awe-inspiring.  :D

Haha, thanks guys. In the dining room? Maybe one day :)

I am living at home with my folks until I get married in Jan. This is in the back area, where mum purpose built the outdoor setting around the oven (Had to be craned over the back yard fence).

I went to take some pictures last Sunday, but I didn't have a memory card in my camera :(

nevertheless pizza again sunday so I will get the whole surrounding in its beauty.

Oops, sorry about that, I wasn't clear. :-[

Re Kiwis, they are all good, but I have unfairly lavished undue ribbing upon Dylan for stealing a Blackstone oven from the States and making world-class pizzas then rubbing it in with wall-art like photography.  It's unacceptable.  :-D
