use floor tiles as pizza stone, and do they stick?
« on: March 05, 2014, 01:51:01 AM »
i read it on here.

http://www.thepauperedchef.com/2010/02/how-to-make-a-3-dollar-pizza-stone.html

it seems to be a cheap and easy way to do it. i plan to buy some tiles instead of the heave pizza stone.

any comments?

2. whether i use them or regular pizza stone, do i have to put oil on them in order to avoid the pizza sticking to the stone?

thanks.

Do a search in this forum with the word "quarry"  - you will find many discussions.  On the oil, no - you do not want to oil them.
