Thanks for posting Sub.

Their mix  contains:

Type O flour, toasted soy flour, lecithin, ascorbic acid, alpha amylase and sourdough rye(?).

Wonder what the "sourdough rye" is.  Some dry sourdough dough for flavor?

The sourdough rye probably means that the sourdough culture was maintained in rye flour.
