 :-D Ya think?

FWIW, it's no less pretentious than calling yourself 'World Pizza Champion,' so at least he's consistently pretentious  ;D

Neither of you answered my question. Did you take a look at it or can you give a review on it? Amazon did not provide their usual "look Inside". Thanks

Mark wrote that the publish date is in October, I don't know how they could give a review on it since it's not out yet.

I tried to order the Pizza Bible today, but it will not be released until  October 21, 2014 (according to AMAZON.COM) I think it will worth adding it to your pizza library.

Sorry Mark,

I missed it completely. You could have saved me so much time. LOL

However, I do think the book will be a great resource to have on hand. I plan on buying it.

Did you get a chance to look through the book? Was it available for review at the EXPO? Just curious what you thought about it? Thanks!

Tony Gemignani's "The Pizza Bible" will be published in another month. It's an impressive title. Some might say even a bit pretentious. What do you expect of it?  What do you want to see? What would impress you? Do you expect it will have depth as well as breadth? Will the recipes compare with those served in his S.F. restaurant?

Hi Bill,

I am looking forward to the book. I think it will be a good reference tool as well. I have some of his other books and have always been pleased.

Mark in Santa Rosa,
The author of the book has a pizza restaurant in the Graton Casino in Rohnert Park.  Do you know it?
Cheers,
Steve
