I just received my refurbished Accolade this week. It was actually a bit more scratched up than I expected it would be, especially the dough hook and the other painted attachment. The tilt lock lever was really loose as well so I opened it up, added a washer and tightened the screw. The motor seems ok, but I haven't used it yet. I'm glad I decided to replace my KSM90 because it would really seem to strain and get hot when I made my usual 3 cup batch of pizza dough in it (even with the autolyse step).
