How much flour do I need for a sheet pan pizza?

Trying to figure out how much flour I will need for a 16x16 1 inch high pan.  The dough will be rolled out a little less than 1/4 inch thick.

I'm guessing very near the same as for an 18" round pizza. Cuz, your pie are squared, and all.

I ended up going with 700g.  My standard 16 inch pie is 325g of flour but it's very thin.  So I doubled and added a bit more for square shape.
