Slim,

Do the three cutter pans reflect three different pizza sizes and, if so, what are those sizes? And did those cutter pans start out life unseasoned and were seasoned over time, or were they some sort of dark anodized pans to begin with? And, finally, are the pizzas baked in a deck over or a conveyor oven?

Thanks.

Peter

The three by themselves have had multiple years of use...the bottom one is relatively new...might have been a week old when I "borrowed" it...sizes if I remember correctly are 6in personal, 8in small, 12in medium, pizza inn pans...I believe the largest one is a 15in...from pizza hut...

Most of the places I've worked for have used convayor ovens with the pizza in the pan....I did work at one place that had a deck oven...we used the pizza peels to insert and remove the pizza...

Got some more pans...place I work for once had two locations...when the other closed they put the pans in the back room for storage...asked the owner if I couldn't have a few...got two 16in, two 14in and two 12in cutter pans...had to clean and re season them...also picked up a couple of 9in x 1in pan pizza pans...going to clean up and re season a couple of the bigger pan style ones tomorrow...can't beat free... :D

Deep dish pans might look a little off in the center as I cooked some 5in peanut butter cookies in them last night...had to try the new mixer out...

Slim,

I noticed that Pizza Inn does not specify in its menu the sizes, in inches, of their pizzas. Do the three sizes you mention (16", 14", and 12") correspond to large, medium and small or is there a smaller size, like a personal size?
