Anyone tried the dough presses?
« on: April 04, 2014, 10:47:51 PM »
Hello all,

Looking to make crusts that are lightly par baked and then frozen in shape and packaged. Has anyone tried any of these dough presses and if so wondering if they are worth the money? This would be for a business so uniformity would be important so not to have to stretch by hand at all if that's even possible? Video's on youtube sure make them look slick but I'm skeptical with actual results.

The Doughman,

In parallel with your post here, you might also want to register and post at the PMQ Think Tank at http://thinktank.pmq.com/forums/the-think-tank.6/ . That is a forum where mainly professional pizza operators visit. Once registered, you can also search the PMQTT archives where you should be able to find several threads and posts dedicated to dough presses.
