? For GI Metal Peel Users
« on: April 06, 2014, 12:37:04 PM »
I just got hold of a slotted GI Metal aluminum peel.  My first try the pie came off fine, second try the pies was just a little "rustic".  My question is, are you folks that use these dusting the peel before sliding it under the pie on the bench?

Thanks

Yes, I always dust a metal peel - then kind of swat it to knock off the excess - before sliding under the pie or sliding the pie on the peel.
