ya know, every so often something happens to offer you some perspective. My pizzas are pretty good, but not outstanding. today someone had Papa John's brought in to work. My gosh is this lousy stuff!! It must be some sort of 'hand-tossed' crust, it is SO salty, too little sauce, terrible texture to the cheese, yikes! That pizza I made last night and thought was so-so just jumped about ten-fold in my opinion!!
