Hi, I've been making pizza for a long while now. It's been a few years since I discovered this forum which caused my pizzas to significantly improve in taste and texture.
BUT, I don't know how to throw a pizza. I'm going to Chicago mid-June and I looked up pizza making classes but didn't see much at the sites I perused. I'd happily go work in a restaurant for a day if they'd let me toss the dough around.
I'm not particularly interested in deep dish, but I've no other restraints.
