I was at the Northwest Food Show today, in Seattle, WA, and stopped by the San Benito booth. I loved being able to try their Tomato sauces and Fully Prepared Pizza Sauce. I have to say that I was really impressed with the flavor in their sauce. I am going to buy some of their San Benito Organic Fully Prepared Pizza Sauce to try on my beer pizza dough. This sauce is more popular in the east coast than the west coast, but wow, what a great flavor it has. (And this statement is coming from me, a guy that uses Stanislaus' Pizzaiolo all the time.)
Also, I believe that the #10 cans that we all use for our tomato products, will eventually switch to the plastic bags. I am noticing this more and more. The bags are easier to store, to produce, they cut down shipping costs, and they have a shelf life of 3 years. Look for this to happen in coming years. Perhaps sooner than you think.
