I have been trying to replicate pizza from a restaurant called Giordano's. The recipe I found (by googling "Giordano's pizza recipe) calls for "pizza seasoning" in the ingredients, so I was asking what proportions of spices people use. How much basil, oregano, etc. for a 28 oz. can of tomatoes. I received a few replies with ideas I am looking forward to trying the next time I make the pizza recipe. I hope this helped.
