Went for the cauliflower....on 1/2 anyway, AWESOME. Left 1/2 was red sauce with thin sliced onions, oyster mushrooms, canadian bacon and peperoni. Right 1/2 was a base that started as a bechamel and ended up a feta/cheddar beer cheese sauce (very good btw). On top of that some thin sliced onions, oyster mushrooms, and Boar's Head Prosciutto. Both sides topped with fresh parm and mozz. Son in law thought I was nuts making a cauliflower pizza, when we were done he couldn't decide which one he liked better, but he did decide he liked cauliflower for the first time in his life
