For the bread bakers

I know some of you also slide a loaf of bread in the oven after that pizza so this may interest you. Checkout this blog by Marie Wolf. She is making all 82 recipes from "The Bread Bible" by Rose Levy Beranbaum. So far she has made 33 recipes. Boy I wish I had that kind of time.

Thank you!  I was vacillating between "The Bread Bible" or "The Bread Makers Apprentice".  I think it'll be fun to follow this blog.
