00 Mulino Merano della Langhe, Piedmont

My local pizzeria can order me Italian Organic "00 Mulino Merano della Langhe, Piedmont" flour.  Any info on this flour would be useful.  I think he would charge me wholesale 11 lb for $20.

What do you guys think?

I didn't recognize the name of the flour so I did a Google search. The only substantive thing I could find is what appears to be the importer, in Georgia, at http://www.antico-mercante.com/pasta.htm. There is a telephone number at the bottom of the webpage that you might try calling to get more information on the flour, if it is available. If you can get the specs that will tell a lot.

This is the distributor where my local pizzeria purchases some of there ingredients.  I have spoken with them a few times on the phone about "00" flours.  I have just located an Atlanta source for Caputo Pizzeria "00", so I will hold off on the Mulino Merano for now.  I may try some once I have experienced the Caputo "00".
