Greetings from the Lone Star state
« on: May 12, 2014, 06:53:25 PM »
Hi,

I'm Karon (KEK).  I am a native of Illinois (Chicago area) but I've been in Texas over 25 years.  The only thing I miss about Illinois is the pizza.  Shoveling snow is not my favorite.  Contrary to a lot of folks favorite from Chicago, mine is thin crust.  I have only found 1 place in my area that serves good pizza.  With traffic it takes over an hour to get there.  So, I thought I would join y'all and learn (or at least try) to make my own.

Thanks for letting me join your forum.
