I think it all depends on how you compare it. If you order 10 bags (30 lb) from bakerscatalog, the cost is $31 shipped. This is nearly triple the cost of buying it in the 50 lb bag (assuming you have someplace reasonably close by that sells it).
However... it also equates to approximately 45 cents more per pizza, which is probably equal to about four bites of inferior pizza at the local joint. In other words, big freaking whoop.
