1 once = 28.35 grams

 12*28.35=340.2 grams

1/2 teaspoon = 2.5 grams
1/4 teaspoon = 1.25 grams
1/8 teaspoon  = 0.625 grams

Equal volumes of different ingredients do not necessarily weigh the same.

It is hard to convert volumes of things like dried herbs and spices to weights because there are so many different forms of herbs and spices (ground, leaf, whole, etc.) and there are so many different brands. Absent a very accurate scale that can weigh out very small volumes of herbs and spices, one would need to have specific volume/weight measurements of the particular brands of herbs and spices used. Most herbs and spices labels, especially "generic" or mongrel brands, usually do not recite that data on their labels. A possible fallback position would be to use the generic data for those herbs and spices contained in the database at this website:

I wanted to say thank you for this recipe.  It is dead on and I didn't even use the Accent.  Since I started making pizza as a hobby, when my kids are eating Little Ceasers's pizza they always say "mmm, thus is the best pizza ever" mostly just to give me a hard time but also because I truly think they really like it.  Anyway, I made this sauce today without telling anyone and at lunch my daughter commented that this pizza taste like Little Creaser's.  Unfortunately, were going to be having this sauce for a while, not because I really like it,  its because I missread the recipe and added 1and 1/2 cups of water, not one 1/2 cup.  So I had no choice but to triple the recipe.  :-[  anyway, thanks again for sharing this recipe, it really made my kids happy.
