Has anyone tried using my formula for baker's grease?
Equal parts by volumne
Flour
OIL
Shortening
2 tablespoons of each is plenty, just stir with a fork until blended. Brush a thin layer on bottom and sides of pan.
Store leftovers in covered container. For longterm storeage place in refrigerator. Allow to come to room temperature before using.
Add more flour for a drier crisp crust.
Add more oil for a Pizza Hut/Fried Pizza texture.
No more slipped lip.
