Here is a good recipe on a neapolitan base.
Ingredients
170g Pizza base rolled thin
30ml Tomato base
Fresh oregano leaves
20g Cooked sweet & sour onions
20g pizza cheese
7 x Slices Pork Belly (braised)
Buffalo Mozzarella
Method
Thinly roll pizza base then apply tomato sauce base followed by fresh oregano, sweet & sour onions and pizza cheese.
Add the Pork Belly and cook until crispy.
To Finish
Mix shredded radicchio with balsamic dressing. Sprinkle over finished pizza and top off with Buffalo Mozzarella
