Ingredients in Durham-Raleigh

Hey, guys,
i will be in the Durham-Raleigh, NC area for 4th of july and was wondering if there are any good resources for tomatoes, flour, italian shops, etc. In Cincinnati i can get Cento Italian and DOP version, 6-in-1's, King Arthur Bread, and pretty decent cheese, but am curious about La Regina DOP, KASL, Caputo or any other good pizza stuff!

Also, do you have any suggestions where the best pizza places are if any? i know my brothers go to some Ney York style place, but i have a fancy for trying Wood Fired pizzas. i read 518 West (name?) had a wood burning oven. any good?
