Chuck, short rib, and a little extra fat. Grilled in cast iron with some butter.Buttered and grilled the Kaiser roll, cheddar cheese, Vidalia sweet onion, bib lettuce, fresh tomato, mayo, mustard, ketchup.
It was about 50/50.
Smoked a small rack of beef ribs for Cheryl and I on the new mini. ( Weber Smokey Joe with a Tamale steamer in the middle). Cooks really nice. 4 hrs at ave temp 235-250F.Hope Ya'll ate well with family and friends.Mark

I love it!We need to work on those portion sizes though Steel....I`ll never be able to survive on that after a hard day of beachcombing man.
