Chuck, short rib, and a little extra fat.  Grilled in cast iron with some butter.

Buttered and grilled the Kaiser roll, cheddar cheese, Vidalia sweet onion, bib lettuce, fresh tomato, mayo, mustard, ketchup.

Looks great!  Can you tell me the proportion of short rib to chuck?  Or, any other combo you like.  i recently purchased the grinder attachment for my KA mixer.  Only made burgers once so far.

Thanks,
Mitch

Nothin wrong with vegan brada...

Gotta watch the tofu though- and I say this even growing up eating tofu- I do not eat tofu much anymore , unless its sprouted tofu.  I also limit the use of soy sauce, and I love soy sauce.  Heck , we used to eat tofu w/ MSG and soy sauce, grated ginger few times a week. Ginger is a good digestive aid ingredient, but it will not stop the digestive and brain maladies caused by soy, MSG.

Rant off.
