Hi my name is Scott, I have just made the leap from home baker and pizza enthusiast to opening my own place here in St. Louis. It will be located in the historic neighborhood of Soulard. The place will be called Pizzeoli. It will be Neapolitan style as that is my favorite kind of pizza.
