where can you get these different bricks for pizza ovens... i used standard firebrick but it seems to me that the commercial oven floor has bricks that are more like a tile shape (could be 1 foot X 1 foot). I also see the oven floor with brick that are very large... the oven is divided into quads.

The quad floors are made from cast refractory material and are expensive.
Most people I know of who've made pizza ovens (including myself) use standard firebricks. The most important thing is insulating under the bricks so they don't lose their heat.

I don't know, but I would ask an actual retailer/importer of refractory cast pizza ovens.
I believe "JPY" on this forum would know.

A proper "Biscotto" from Sorrento is the best product to use as an oven floor. Unfortunately only 2 artisan producers exist and the production is all absorbed by the few Neapolitan oven makers.

I have been to Sorrento a couple of times, very nice place. If I knew about this company back then then I would have a paid a visit to them. It's hard to tell from the pictures what the floor is, but if Marco says that it's good then I'm sure it is.
