Please please please can somebody help me. I am desperately searching for a papa johns pizza crust recipe, pizza hut pan crust recipe and a dominos pan pizza crust recipe.
I have made a few pizza crusts before but they never work out. I dont know where i am going wrong. The first one kept on rising in the middle as we were eating it. The second i couldnt get it to a round shape. I gave up after that
Please help me someone.
Thanks

You should go to the American Style board at
http://www.pizzamaking.com/forum/index.php/board,36.0.html
and check out the threads there. You won't find the identical recipes used by PJ's, PH or Domino's, but you should find something that is reasonably close.

Also, when you're starting out, follow recipe directions precisely until you gain enough experience to vamp a little! You shouldn't have any problems, then--pizza crust is not difficult!
